Memories of the 13th Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry

Civil war history told by fictional couple created for that purpose. A reference book of true and actual facts of the civil war battles written by two young officers who gathered the information for their book was used for reference. Original printing in 1903. I placed the couple in Butler, TN and the characters tell what it was like during the war to be living in Tennessee. There is romance between them to bring interest to the story but it is secondary to the historical facts they relate.
