A Proposal For A New Constitution and How To Get It Adopted

This book is the first step in a three-step process to create and adopt a new, better Constitution that creates a more inclusive, responsive, less political, and more productive government structure than we currently have. Step two will be to refine this proposal through polls and interactions with the public at large through the website FightingForEquality.org. Step three will be to take the final revision of the proposal and promote it for adoption by demanding that Congress establish a referendum date and allow Americans to choose between keeping our current Constitution or replacing it.

We believe that a better Constitution will create a better America for everyone.
