.A small town engineer from Oklahoma choses to take his engineering skills to the next level, with witnessing the most devastating tornados, he decides to take on mother nature’s fury. Luke is looking to become the first known to man to control the atmosphere, by depriving these tornados of their key ingredients. While many support Luke in his insane desire to control the atmosphere, others view his methods as a risk to public safety. With help of a passionate meteorologist, church members, and support from his engineering group it seems much closer to reality. With peak tornado season quickly approaching, Luke will have to fight against time, local authorities, and grey skies to see his ideas through and save the town of Moore from complete disaster.
